One rest / whole desk

Your wrist rest stops too soon.

MonoRest doesn’t. One continuous 29-inch surface for your keyboard, mouse, and everything between.

29 INAPPROXIMATE LENGTH

The obvious problem

Your hand moves. Your support should too.

Most wrist rests cover the keyboard and abandon the mouse. MonoRest follows the full working area instead.

The usual answer

Half the desk.
Half the idea.

The MonoRest answer

One rest.
The whole desk.

Meet MonoRest

Built for keys. Built for mouse. Built for between.

A single adaptable surface that keeps your desk visually coherent and gives your hands room to move.

Why the extra length matters

Less desk clutter. More room to move.

01 / CONTINUITY

Support that follows

One resting surface across the keyboard and mouse zones instead of a hard stop at the spacebar.

02 / MOVEMENT

Room to roam

Move between typing, scrolling, gaming, and editing without leaving the rest behind.

03 / FEEL

Soft, not rigid

Bead-filled construction gives the surface an adaptable feel instead of a fixed slab.

04 / SETUP

One clean line

Replace mismatched keyboard and mouse rests with one intentional piece across the desk.

One product / many desks

Whatever you do here, it fits.

The setup changes. The need for one continuous resting surface doesn’t.

Work station

Soft goods / hardware thinking

Made to feel like part of the desk.

The outer fibre specification is still being finalized. The construction below reflects the facts confirmed for the current product direction.

01 / Surface

Soft-touch outer

A microsuede-like feel is the target. Exact fibre content will be published when the production specification is locked.

02 / Structure

Cotton liner

An inner textile layer contains the fill and supports the sewn construction.

03 / Fill

100% polyethylene beads

Small bead filling creates the adaptable, non-rigid form that makes MonoRest feel different from a foam block.

Why it exists

Existing wrist rests solved half the desk.

MonoRest started with a blunt observation: the keyboard rest ends exactly where a lot of hand movement begins.

So we made it longer. Not because the desk needed another accessory, but because two separate rests were always a clumsy answer to one continuous workspace.

Straight answers

Before you ask.

Can I buy MonoRest today?

Not yet. The first production release is still being prepared. Email hello@monorest.com to request a launch notice.

Is it only for gaming desks?

No. MonoRest was developed around keyboard-and-mouse use generally: gaming, programming, design work, editing, and ordinary desk work all fit the idea.

What is it made from?

The current construction uses a soft-touch outer cover, cotton liner, and 100% polyethylene bead filling. Final outer fibre details will be published when confirmed for production.

Does it prevent wrist pain or injury?

We make no medical or injury-prevention claims. MonoRest is designed as an extended wrist-support and desk-comfort product, not a medical device.

Where is it made?

MonoRest is designed in Canada and manufactured in China with our production partner.

Will you ship to the United States?

Canada and U.S. sales are the goal. Final launch regions, timing, and shipping details will be published before orders open.
